Andre leads BNS, LLC with a mission to position the company as a key player in community development across the Midwest and Northeastern United States over the next decade, and to expand operations nationally by 2035. With a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Urban Planning and Development, complemented by over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries, Andre's unique stylistic approach has enabled him to work on a diverse range of projects. These include assignments for local municipalities, state government, various institutions, national commercial and retail brands, and individual clients.
Driven by determination and a clear vision, Andre is committed to elevating BNS, LLC to new heights. His focus on helping clients make informed decisions aligns with the company's goal to precisely cater to their needs. Terra
Chief Operating Officer
Terra joined BNS, LLC in 2022, bringing with her a decade of expertise in the construction and real estate investment sectors. Prior to joining our team, she honed her skills in various pivotal roles, including Estimator, Project Manager, and Owner's Representative. Terra's deep understanding of supply chain management and logistical planning is a result of her hands-on experience gained while working through her college years, simultaneously earning a degree in Business Management.
Her comprehensive background is a significant asset to BNS, LLC, especially in navigating the industry's complex challenges. Terra's proficiency in addressing issues such as material sourcing, navigating labor shortages, and managing material price fluctuations is instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of our clients' projects.
